Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with operating systems, networking, and hardware, and will play a key role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients. Your troubleshooting skills and technical expertise will ensure that clients receive timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries.
Resolving customer complaints and technical issues.
Providing detailed product and service information to clients.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all technical issues.
Staying up-to-date with product and service changes to provide the best possible support.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when handling customer concerns.
Qualifications
Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of operating systems, including Windows 10/11 and Server 2012/16/22.
Ability to set up and maintain domain controllers.
Strong experience in setting up and troubleshooting networking-related issues.
Knowledge of configuring firewalls, opening ports, and setting up high-availability redundancy for dual internet service providers.
Extensive experience in setting up printers, scanners, and fax machines.
