Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, providing pre- and post-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Act as a technical advisor and advocate for the customer during the sales process.
Provide pre-sales support including creating proposals, designing solutions, and conducting technical evaluations.
Work closely with customers post-sale to ensure smooth implementation and satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide the best technical advice to clients.
Assist in preparing technical documents, proposals, and reports for clients.
Qualifications
Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) is essential.
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical sales support role.
Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
Experience with CRM systems and sales management software.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
