Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for dental offices, primarily in the NY area, you will play a key role in managing communication and supporting the coordination of tasks across departments. Your excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail will ensure that clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from dental offices in the US (with a focus on NY).

  • Set up and manage support tasks in our CRM system.

  • Forward calls and inquiries to the relevant departments efficiently.

  • Monitor and reply to emails in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide clear and professional communication with clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled effectively.

  • Assist in coordinating communication between departments and external contacts.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) is essential. You must be able to communicate clearly with native English speakers.

  • Experience in customer service or communication with native English speakers, particularly in a remote setting.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and email management.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a fast learner.

  • Excellent listening comprehension skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage stressful situations calmly.

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
